All products are created based on the information and content you provide.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• all submitted personalization details are accurate and final
• your shipping information is correct
• your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

3. Digital Preview (Binding)

Before production, a digital preview is provided and must be approved.

Once approved, the preview is final and binding and will be used for production.

We are not responsible for:

• spelling errors
• incorrect names or details
• design choices visible in the approved preview

4. AI-Generated Content

Our products may be created using AI-based processes.

This may result in:

• artistic interpretation
• variations from uploaded photos
• minor imperfections

These characteristics are inherent to the process and do not constitute defects.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown on the website. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

6. Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly and sent to production after preview approval.

Because products are made to order:

• orders cannot be changed or canceled after placement
• production begins after preview approval

Digital products (eBooks) cannot be canceled once generated.

7. Final Sale - Personalized Products

All personalized products are final sale.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• change of mind
• customer input errors
• dissatisfaction with subjective design or AI output

8. Defects and Claims

If your order arrives:

• damaged
• defective
• or incorrect

you must contact us within 14 days of delivery by using our contact form.

You may be required to provide photo evidence.

If approved, we may provide:

• a replacement, or
• a refund

For digital products (eBooks), refunds are only considered in cases of clear technical defects.

9. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you submit.

You confirm that your content:

• does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• is not unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your submitted content.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content and systems remain the property of Stattner or its licensors.

After purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By placing an order, you confirm that:
