Important Note: Each book from Stattner is uniquely designed and personalized for every customer. Because of this, our return and refund policy has some limitations compared to standard book products. We strongly encourage you to read the following information carefully.

1. Can I return my book?

As each book is custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer wish to keep the product.

We recommend that you carefully review all personalization details (names, content, images, etc.) before placing your order.

2. Warranty Policy

Your order is protected by our 14-day quality guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. If there is any issue with your product, please contact us. We will resolve it promptly and fairly.

A. What is covered?

Our warranty applies in the following cases:

  • Printing defects (e.g. blurry text, ink smudges, missing pages, binding issues, etc.)
  • Damage during shipping (e.g. bent cover, torn pages, etc.)
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • The book has not been delivered within the expected shipping timeframe

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Send you a free replacement, or
  • Offer a full or partial refund if a replacement is not possible

We will always do our best to ensure you receive a book that meets your expectations.

Important: Please record a full unboxing video upon receiving your package to ensure the best possible support under our warranty policy.

B. What is not covered?

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Errors in the information provided by you (e.g. spelling mistakes in names or details you entered)

3. How to request support

To receive assistance as quickly as possible, please:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number
  • Attach clear photos and a brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

4. What is not considered a defect?

As printing is a physical process and display colors may vary across devices, the following are not considered defects:

  • Slight color differences between the final product and on-screen previews
  • Minor variations in trimming or alignment within standard printing tolerances
  • Small differences in paper texture or finishing between production batches
  • Creative variations generated by AI that still align with the selected style and storyline
  • Issues resulting from customer-provided information (e.g. spelling errors, incorrect names or addresses)

5. Shipping address issues & returned orders

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. If your order is returned to the sender due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Failure to receive the package upon delivery

Then:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable
  • You may be required to pay a reshipping fee for us to send the order again
  • If the order cannot be redirected and needs to be reproduced, additional reprinting costs may apply
